Full Coverage for Certain Drugs and Supplies - The member's cost share is waived for: erythromycin ophthalmic ointment for members under age one; generic contraceptives, or brand-name when a generic is not available, for members age 12 through age 54, including birth control drugs, diaphragms, and other covered birth control devices; folic acid with a prescription or over-the-counter for members age 12 through age 54; and other preventive drugs as recommended and supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration and the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force.
