Women's Preventive Health Services - This health plan provides full in-network coverage to buy or rent one breast pump (including related parts and supplies) for each birth, when it is furnished by a covered Appliance Company or by a provider who is designated by Blue Cross Blue Shield to furnish breast pumps. However, this coverage will not be more than the full allowed charge for the purchase price of a breast pump. These benefits also include hospital grade breast pumps for up to a three month rental period. (Any benefit limit that applies for durable medical equipment does not apply to these covered services.)
