Women's Preventive Health Services - This health plan provides full in-network coverage to buy or rent one breast pump (including related parts and supplies) for each birth, when it is furnished by a covered Appliance Company or by a provider who is designated by Blue Cross Blue Shield to furnish breast pumps. However, this coverage will not be more than the full allowed charge for the purchase price of a breast pump. These benefits also include coverage for the rental of hospital grade breast pumps. (Any benefit limit that applies for durable medical equipment does not apply to these covered services.)
