Medication-assisted treatment medications. Full benefits are provided for certain FDA-approved medication-assisted treatment medications that are used for the treatment of opioid use disorders. The member's cost share amount, such as deductible, copayment and/or coinsurance, will be waived for generic medication assisted treatment medications (or for a preferred brand name medication when a generic medication is not available).
