Opioid antagonist medications. Full benefits are provided for certain FDA-approved opioid antagonist medications that are used to reverse opioid effects from opioid dependence or overdose. This includes opioid antagonist medications that are approved for use in a take-home setting or by a health care professional. For these covered opioid antagonist medications, the member's cost share amount, such as deductible, copayment and/or coinsurance, will be waived.
