Flex Card Allowance for Additional Dental, Vision, and Hearing: A $700 allowance will be loaded to your Flex Card and can be used to help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses for dental, vision, and hearing services. Any unused benefit dollars will expire at the end of the year. This benefit is not a replacement for dental, vision, or hearing benefits and is designed to help offset out-of-pocket expenses and will not cover cosmetic procedures or expenses.
