This health plan provides full coverage for PCP/Plan Approved and Self-Referred benefits (any deductible copayment and/or coinsurance will not apply) for at least one postpartum visit at the member's home or a mutually-agreed upon location within eight weeks postpartum. There is one exception. If the health plan is a Saver high deductible health plan the overall deductible will still apply to these services.
