Medical care services to diagnose or treat an illness or injury. These services also include (but are not limited to): nutrition counseling whether or not the services are medically necessary; medical exams and contact lenses (plus the fitting of these contact lenses) that are needed to treat keratoconus; and certain services that have been approved to be furnished by an Urgent Care Center.
