Wellness Participation Program - Under a separate wellness participation program, when an eligible member participates in qualified fitness programs and/or qualified weight loss programs, Blue Cross Blue Shield, on behalf of the employer group, will reimburse up to $300 each calendar year for certain costs paid by an eligible member to participate in any of these qualified programs. This reimbursement is for health club membership fees, fitness classes taken at a qualified health club or BeachBody at home fitness program, hospital-based weight loss programs, and non-hospital-based weight loss programs designated by Blue Cross Blue Shield. This is the maximum reimbursement for any combination of fees incurred by eligible wellness participants enrolled under the same family plan.
