Medical care services to diagnose or treat an illness or injury. These services also include (but are not limited to): nutrition counseling; medical exams and contact lenses (plus the fitting of these contact lenses) that are needed to treat keratoconus (and for members with certain conditions, coverage will also be provided for medical exams and gas permeable scleral lenses and the fitting for these lenses); and certain services that have been approved to be furnished by an Urgent Care Center.
