Mind and Body Wellness Program - you and your covered family members can be reimbursed up to $300 (in total) for fees paid to certain mind and body wellness services provided by a licensed, certified, or accredited practitioner. Covered services include hypnosis mind and body therapy, massage therapy, reflexology, reiki, meditation mind and body therapy, Tai chi, Qi gong, and digital applications that focus on breathing or meditation mind and body therapy. You can request this reimbursement each calendar year; requests must be submitted by March 31 of the following year. You cannot be reimbursed for digital application fees that are for other services such as sleep-focused digital applications. This Mind and Body Wellness reimbursement is separate from your health plan.
