Hearing aids and related covered services that are furnished by a covered provider (such as an Audiologist or Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist) for each member up to the amount described in the benefit limit. These covered services include: the initial hearing aid evaluation; one hearing aid or one set of binaural hearing aids; fitting and adjustments of the hearing aid; batteries; repair of broken hearing aids; and supplies such as ear molds.
