This health plan covers respiratory therapy services furnished by a General, Chronic Disease or Rehabilitation Hospital or Community Health Center. Some examples include postural drainage and chest percussion.

The member's copayment is waived when covered services are furnished at a Surgical Day Care Unit, Ambulatory Surgical Facility, Free-standing Radiation Therapy and Chemotherapy Facility or hospital.

Frames for up to $30 per set once every 24 months.
