Wellness Participation Program - you and your covered family members can be reimbursed up to $300 (in total) for fees paid to qualified fitness, weight loss programs or mind and body wellness services. Fitness and weight loss programs include in-person health club with cardiovascular and strength-training equipment; in-person fitness studio with instructor-led group classes; personal training by a certified instructor; tennis; a virtual/online membership for cardiovascular and strength-training; home fitness equipment; or weight loss programs focused on healthy eating, activity, and behavioral/lifestyle counseling with certified health professionals. You can request this reimbursement each calendar year; requests must be submitted by March 31 of the following year. There is no reimbursement for initiation fees, country club fees, social clubs (like ski or hiking), ski passes, sports teams, spas, instructional dance, pool-only facilities, gymnastics, martial arts schools or clothing.
